NOW BOOKING APPRENTICESHIP TATTOOS

TERMS & CONDITIONS
WALK-INS: Tattoos are by appointment unless we have extra time. To inquire about a tattoo you must read the information and submit the form below.
ARTIST: Aleisha is currently apprenticing at Nightshade. As you may know, a tattoo apprenticeship is a way for a student to learn everything they can from an established tattoo artist. Because she is still learning and improving her skills, she is tattooing at apprenticeship rates.
STYLE & INK: Aleisha is currently doing black and grey work and traditional colors of tattooing.
COVER UPS: She is not currently doing cover ups or reworking other artists work.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to make an appointment, which comes off the final price of the tattoo during your LAST session. Deposits are final, non-refundable, non-transferable. Your appointment is not valid until a deposit is put down. In the case of no-shows or cancellations, deposits will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
PRICING: Aleisha is working at a flat rate of $50-$150 per tattoo depending on size and design.
CUSTOM DESIGNS: Aleisha does customs on a case to case basis. Because she is still in her apprenticeship, flash is preferred. She will not be doing ideas around script and lettering at this time.
FLASH DESIGNS: Repeatable flash is often posted on Instagram of @mrs.nightshadetattoo and can be found in the highlight section. If you do not have Instagram you can visit us at the shop to view.
GROUP TATTOOS/ACCOMPANIES: If you and another member would like to schedule a tattoo appointment together please note that you will both need to fill out an inquiry form and both put down a deposit. While your appointments may be back to back, no one is permitted in the tattooing area besides the client getting tattooed and the tattoo artist. Please do not bring extra guests for our space is small and it can cause over crowding and extra distractions for our artists. If you show up to your appointment with a guest who does not have a tattoo appointment, they will be asked to kindly leave.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS: Once you submitted an inquiry, you will receive a response via email. Sometimes that response may end up in your junk/spam folders, so please check those! That email will give you instructions on how to put a deposit down and schedule your appointment. You will then receive text messages as reminders of when your appointment is near. Please remember to confirm your appointment so we don’t have to additionally reach out to you.
PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due upon completion of your tattoo via cash.
RESCHEDULING: If for any reason you need to reschedule, we require 48 hours notice prior to the time of your appointment. Any change to your appointment time after this will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment. Also if rescheduling happens more than twice you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no-show and will need to schedule a new appointment for a future date. If you are a no-show or cancel your appointment FOR ANY REASON, you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
ART: All designs produced by Nightshade remain their intellectual property and may be re-used for any purpose at their discretion.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: You will likely be asked to have your photo taken. By agreeing you grant the unrestricted right to the images taken for promotional or editorial purposes. Any restrictions or questions must be stated clearly and immediately.
